Each request is carefully reviewed.
A personalized quote will be provided to you before validation.

Once accepted, payment is made directly on the website.

Comment marche le rituel

  • Étape 1/ Contacte-moi

    Remplis le formulaire ci-dessus pour obtenir un devis, en indiquant ce que tu souhaites dans le détail, pour chaque ongle. Tu peux joindre des photos si tu en as.
    💡 Plus ta demande est détaillée, plus il est simple pour moi de te fournir un tarif précis et juste.

  • Étape 2 /Sur-mesure

    Si tu n'as pas encore tes mesures, un Sizing kit (kit de mesure) sera offert lors de ta première commande. Tu recevras ta commande en deux parties : le sizing kit, puis les ongles après avoir envoyé tes mesures.
    💡 Si tu as déjà tes mesures, tu peux les mentionner directement dans le formulaire.

  • Étape 3/ Devis & paiement

    Après analyse de ta demande, si elle est réalisable, tu recevras un retour par e-mail avec une facture à régler directement sur le site, de manière sécurisée.
    💡 Chaque mois, je réserve un nombre limité de créneaux pour les personnalisations, en priorité aux projets qui résonnent avec ma direction artistique.

  • Étape 4/Création & Livraison

    Ta commande sera préparée sous 3 à 15 jours ouvrés selon la période. La livraison prend entre 2 et 3 jours avec La Poste, et 3 à 5 jours avec Mondial Relay.
    💡 Ce délai débute à réception des mesures.
